Applejack is one of the six main characters of the TV show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She works as a farmhand on her family-owed Sweet Apple Acres. As one of the bearers of the Elements of Harmony, she represents the Element of Honesty, a value she tries to incorporate into her everyday life.
History[]
Applejack was born to the Apple family, a long line of farmers from as early as the founding days of Ponyville. In her youth, she once tried her hand at big city life with her relatives, the Orange clan, but later realized that her home was the farm and moved back.
Years later, during the Summer Sun Celebration, the evil Nightmare Moon broke free of her imprisonment. Aiding new Ponyville resident Twilight Sparkle, Applejack and four others used the power of the Elements of Harmony to restore Nightmare Moon to her original form of Princess Luna. Applejack would continue to aid her new friends in many adventures across Equestria.
Role in Rakenzarn[]
Applejack is one of many ponies to appear in Rakenzarn Tales, in the optional Equestria region.
Like the other ponies, Applejack is completely amazed to see Kyuu and the brigade as she had never seen their kind before. She and her big brother, Big McIntosh, tell the brigade about the strange phenomenon and the farm animals' recent behavior. Later on, she and the rest of the Mane Six aid the brigade in defending Ponyville from the unknown Saint Lord member.
After completing the first part of Adventures in Equestria arc, Kyuu can talk to Applejack at Sweet Apple Acres. Her behavior towards him is varied depending on the Alignment. She'll join the party if Kyuu is Lawful aligned.
Skills[]
Applejack is a Mighty Glacier type. She is incredibly strong, capable of delivering heavy damage to a single enemy. Applejack has a very good defense and resistance toward Earth element. She also has a slightly better magic defense.
However, she is vulnerable to many status ailments especially that can gradually weaken her.
